Founded in 1997 by engineer and entrepreneur Kwok Li, Linsang Partners, LLC has concentrated its holdings on technology companies with an ability to improve global access to information. 

Mr. Li has also served as Chief Technical Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Yurie Systems, Inc. Yurie designed and manufactured advanced ATM access switches for service providers, corporations and government users. ATM is an industry standard, cell-based, very high-speed communications technology used to transmit data - including Internet traffic - voice and video over backbone networks. Yurie was acquired in 1998 by Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU).

Mr. Li was also co-founder and Chairman of Splitrock Services, Inc., one of the fastest growing facilities-based integrated communications providers in the country. Splitrock was acquired in 2000 by McLeodUSA (NASD:MCLD), a leading competitive local exchange carrier. Under Mr. Li's leadership, Splitrock pioneered the development of a nationwide broadband access platform for placement of ATM switches.
